It has been more than * months and I haven't received any refund yet. My flight was cancelled due to Covid-**. MakeMyTrip was my booking agent and it has already generated the refund application number.
The has been very pathetic from an Airline of this cadre to be irresponsible. Customer care rarely picks up the call and if someone picks they just don't resolve the issue.
The amount of *lakh is huge for me, if not for the airline.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
