I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Air India Flights
The issue that I have experienced was: I had booked my ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore for Feb **th, using my Reward points. Around *** Rs was deducted and I was provided the PNR number. But I did not get the ticket. I followed up multiple times by calling to the Customer support and also mailing to "ecommerce@airindia.in". I did not get any reply. When I called the customer support, each time I was told that the ticket would be sent shortly, which never arrived. Finally, I was told to take the PNR Number and get the ticket printed at the airport. When I reached the airport and approached the Air India counter, I was told that the ticket cannot be issued and I have to book another flight.

I would request you to refund the amount spent on travel from Mumbai to Bangalore.
