I had booked air ticket from Sastiticket.com last year i.e April **** but due to Corona Pandemic was not able to travel and the airlines announced that we can use that ticket anytime within a year. Later this month we realize we wont be able to travel within April **** as Pandemic effect is still on-going hence we can apply for a refund. But the airline informed that on Jan ****, the agent from Sastiticket has cancelled the ticket and got the refund. While I tried contacting them many times their customer number is not answering at all. Mt refund is still pending.
