I had booked air tickets for self and wife through sastiticket.com for travel from Mumbai to Kolkata (**.**.****: Spicejet),
Kolkata to Delhi (**.**.****: Air Vistara) and Delhi to Mumbai ( **.**.**** : Go Air). The flights were cancelled due to pandemic. Spicejet retained the credit while Go Air and Vistara made the refund to the agent but the agent neither informed me nor passed on the refunds to me. With great difficulty, I could extract the credit/refund made by Spice Jet and Go Air from the agent. Air Vistara has confirmed to me that they refunded Rs.**** per passenger ie Rs.**** to the agent. I forwarded Air Vistara's confirmatory mails to the agent months ago but they have not passed on the refund to me as yet. It is a clear case of dishonest trade practices by Ebix Travels Pvt. Ltd. / sastiticket.com. It has caused me immense harassment and mental torture.
