We have booked the domestic flight ticket through yatra.com from Bangalore to Patna. the flight we choose was Go-Air with cancellation option. Due to pandemic, we had canceled the travel. we had cancelled the ticket apprx * days in advance of the travel date. We were assured that we will be given the refund within ** days. Now, its been more than ** days now and there is no response from them even after lodging multiple complains on yatra.com support area. Please help me to get my refund back without any delay and help others who are on the same page as me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
