Amazon - Refund not provided since 2 months

Dear Sir it brings me to contact you for non refund of returned product i.e, Syska Trimmer (Order No ***-*******-******* ) purchased on **th of November ****. Sir i received the product on **th of November but it was not in working condition so i ordered a replacement for it but later due to bad reveiw of the product i denied from accepting the replacement product on **th November **** (Order No ***-*******-*******) owing to get my money refunded. I had conversations with the executives, every time i got to know is that the product did not reach the warehouse, was it my fault that the delivery guy made some mishaps. I waited for long * months as requested by your executives. Now i demand my refund as soon as possible.
