*. They are asking for almost all items to self ship even though they say return are picked up by them.
*. They charge convenience fee per order and cannot fulfil the returns
*. They ask to self ship and even after successfully shipped back to them , they dont provide refund on time.
It is almost a mental harassment when you have a take some time out of your day to hit your head against their so called customer care where there is no care.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
