Travolook - Refund not provided for cancelled flight ticket

We booked a flight ticket from travolook on **st june **** but the ticket got cancelled from their end due to some flight price revision while I was booking the ticket. They said that the refund for this ticket will be credited within next * working days but they have not yet provided the refund even after more than * month.
I have been in touch with the support executives and everytime they give the same false promise that your amount will be refunded within next *-* days as it is already initiated at their end but they also deny giving the transaction details. We also sent them an email asking the same and then they said that the refund will be initiated and it was not yet initiated.
All this seems to be a fraud to me as the executives keep saying that the refund is already initiated but in the email they say that it will be initiated.
