Travolook - Refund not provided by Travolook

I booked Air ticket via Travolook on **th Nov **, they cancelled my ticket due to fare expiration as I denied to pay extra amount which they asked after ticket booking, so they told full amount will be refunded,

And now even after * months also Travolook has not refunded the amount.

I called them not less than ** times and
emailed as well, every time they told refund will be provided in *-* days time.

INR ***** is big amount and they are least bother of our hard earned money to refund.

This company should be banned .
