Indigo Airlines - Refund not provided by indigo

So, i basically i booked mg flight for my parents on **may and ** may of **** for dibrugarh to delhi. And back to dibrugarh from delhi. But due to lockdwon it was not possible. Hence due to lockdown we are suffering from financial problem. But the indigo says they wont refund the money and they will credit shell which will be used to travel within a year. But we dont want to travel anywhere because of financila problem. So please refund my money without cancellation charges because i didnt cancelled the flight. So basically i want my full refund
