Kabram Monisha filed complaint against Goibibo on Feb 12, 2023
My flight was cancelled by the airlines which is Air India. I raised a refund request to go ibibo as I booked the tickets through them but they are just telling Air India is not approving the refund request. And when I reached out to Air India, they said go ibibo team did not raise refund request. It’s been going in circle since past two months. Please help.
