Travolook - Refund not provided by booking agency

Well, I booked three tickets of spicejet on **/**/**** from mumbai to Guwahati ( journey date **/**/****) for my father, my mother and me. We all were in mumbai because my father's treatment was going on in Tata memorial hospital. He was suffering from cancer. But after booking of the ticket they cancelled our flight and said that I will receive our money within ** days. During these hard time I waited for ** days and then they did the same. Now it's been almost * months and they again saying for more ** days. From many sources i found that they are fraud. Those are my father's hard earned money and now we are lacking for his treatment. My father was a rickshaw driver and those ***** were his More than * months hard earned money. We are suffering badly. Please voxya help us !
