HAPPYEASY GO - Refund not provided

This is to bring it in your notice about how LAZY and UNETHCIAL company you have. Your company should name as LAZYGO instead of name which you have given as HAPPYEASYGO.
This is the case regarding my refund since last one and half year. Your people are fooling me since more than year now and telling me to keep the patience while they are investigating the case from year and so far, nothing has been done fruitful. I have made around ** calls to customer care within this time and mailed around **-** times but none has responded, even I contacted on twitter, only thing I got was to keep the patience.(attaching few mails and responses from your team). Recently your senior Lead Mr Lalith Kumar and Pratyush Jha has again me false commitment that it will get solved within few days which again got failed. I have the recording of the call, and how both were making me fool that can be learnt from them!
I had a flight last year on name of my wife Neha Singh with order id: ****************** (tickets are attached) which got cancelled due to pandemic and lockdown announced. On which, Indigo has refunded full amount on **/**/**** of amount ****.** INR and ***.** INR and on **/**/**** of amount ****.**INR and another payment of and ****.**INR on **/**/****.
Even after confirmation from Airlines itself, still your illiterate people around the company are searching and investigating the case as if its murder case!
I kindly request you to take this concern on priority and resolve it with zeal and not as LAZYGO!!
