My booking id is 'AMDWVIA*N' and it was round-trip however one side trip got cancelled from the airline, so I cancelled the round-trip and raised for refund which suppose to be a normal refund as suggested by goibibo and on **th July **** i raised request for the refund, more than ** days has passed refund has not been processed,tried calling on helpline but IVR is not giving me the option to speak to an agent, management/escalation emails mentioned on website are not functional, raised webforms on https://www.goibibo.com/support/ however not getting response, no way left to get any information.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
