It's been ** days (** days since the pickup) since I had failed the return request for Fitbit versa * watch and no update is being given by Tatacliq. I have called the customer care almost ** times, send them almost **-** emails and tweets, but every time I hear the same thing, that we are working on it.
What the hell you are working on man? Why is this taking so much time.
The QC was failed on **th September citing that they received a different product and on asking for more details, the guy said sorry can't give more details and after that I never received a call back, no email explaining the details and they didn't even send the product back.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
