Dr Sahil narula filed complaint against Cleartrip on May 1, 2020
I have booked Del to Sydney and return fr my wife and child with PNR KEEDBB.
I did cancellation of booking and asked fr a refund since no flights are allowed due to corona outbreak.
To my disgust after a week I get an email that * sectors have been cancelled and * sectors have not been cancelled by the site.
However I tried doing it again bt the site doesn't responds nw as some part has been canceled.
The passenger names are to be selected which is not happening now.
My trip I'd is ************.
The cancellation is required and refund is expected.
