I had booked a tatkal ticket for an urgent trip, the Indian Railways cancelled the train and I was left waiting at the station. The trouble did not stop there, they did not process the refund. I thought because it was not a fault from my side, I should not worry about it, but they did not process the refund, when contacted, they simply denied that saying the railways only process the refund automatically when the entire train is cancelled and not otherwise.
I absolutely disapprove this unfair refund policy, through which Indian Railways is trying to transfer their burden of responsibility and accountability to the customers. I want Indian Railways to refund my money and would also request the Honourable court to order Railways to do the same with every such customer who has been a victim of this scamster policy.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
