It was degraded from RAC to the waiting list.

Your Tickets are not confirmed. I was going to my duty station with my wife and * kids. Due to this, I got a very difficult situation as I couldn't travel with kids and family on the waiting list in this cold season. And how railways can degrade a reserved PNR status? I didn't get enough time to cancel my ticket. On the other hand, I had to buy tickets from the tatkal quota for the next day.
