Anirudh Pramil filed complaint against Red Bus on Nov 11, 2019
During booking, due to some error with the red bus website, my booking didnt go through, however, my money got refunded from my credit card. Now its been more than ** days and yet they are to refund my amount. Nobody is responding from their end and if asked about the refund, they said that its successful and check with your bank. When I enquired with the bank, they said to get the transaction ID from RED bus for the refund. But Red bus is not giving me the same.
