Swiggy - Refund Not Processed

I had ordered from a restaurant from Alleppey, Kerala through Swiggy. I had spillage issues with the order and i raised a complaint. I was told that the amount would be refunded and then i got no update from Swiggy regarding the same. After me following up with them for two weeks they finally told me that since ** hours had passed they were unable to help with the order. The standard answer i received when I contacted they was we have raised this concern and someone from Swiggy will contact you.I have screen shots with customer care saying that the amount would be refunded then they dragged it on so ** hours would lapse and they wouldn't have to pay me.
