I had booked a ticket on Jet Airways from Bangalore to Varanasi on **/**/**** for **/**/****. On **/**/**** of February month, I got a mail from jet airways regarding cancellation of the flight. Then I contacted Jet Airways and they rescheduled it in Air India flight. When I went to board the flight the Air India staffs did not allow me to board. So I went to the Jet airways customer care help counter and asked them to refund my money and they assured me of full refund. I booked the tickets from Sastiticket.com so they said the sastiticket people need to raise as RA (Refund application) then the Jet Airways people will approve and after the approval, I will receive my money. Now its more than three months but still I did not receive my amount. I contacted with the Sastiticket and they have raised the RA and the amount cannot be refunded until the jet airways people approve it. Please resolve my issue ASAP
