Leo filed complaint against Goibibo on May 24, 2019
I have booked a waiting list ticket from Goibibio and after chart preparation, it went to RAC. Then I tried to cancel the RAC ticket but I can't. I called the customer care but it always went to voice mail.
So I filed a TDR for that journey. But still, I don't have an update from either IRCTC or Goibibo.
Still, I tried to call Goibibo but it always went to voice mail and I mailed them so many times but no reply.
Journey Date: **-Mar-****.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
