Swiggy - Refund not processed

I have attached all my conversations with swiggy for your reference.
their agents were so dumb that they think I don't understand buy * get * free.
I ordered * masala paneer roll where I had get * free
For * cheesy corn paneer roll the same.
i didn't get * free offer rolls. I got only * Rolls. I immediately complained attached photo too..but their agend was not able understand and draged such simple thing for * hrs. And at last they were telling they would will refund only Rs. *** where I said I want Rs.*** back as those were for * rolls and also for wasting by * hrs of time instead of resolving my query.
This was my worst exp that the swiggy agents were not able to understand such simple issue. They didn't even arrange the missed items or refund my amount or apologise for such pathetic service. Me & my husband starved for * hrs.
Instead of resolving the issue they talked to me so sarcastically that "if u order ** items you will not get items free Ma'm". is that the way they talk to a customer.
Do they think I am a kid or is it that I am not aware of offers. I am a working woman and I am aware of offers not only swiggy other places too.
Worst CC and pathetic service. Not happy with ur service with swiggy at all.
so ask them to refund my ***/- ASAP
