My booking with Travolook got cancelled on January *th, **** and still I have not received the refund. They have mentioned that I'll receive the refund in */*/**/** days (every time when we call they have different excuse and new SLA), I have got all the call recordings and complete email chain for follow-ups with customer support, and it's approx * months and theyt have not proceed the refund with idiotic reasons like bank is not accepting payments.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
