Shoppers Stop - REFUND NOT PROCESSED

**th Nov **** I ordered sports shoe on shoppers stop online website which got delivered on **nd Nov **** and same day I placed the order return request and order got picked up on **rd Nov ****. the DELHIVERY Company person came, matches the order details with his data, Clicked the photos of the order, uploaded the photos on his app, attach the DELHIVERY PICKUP RECEIPT, Scans the BAR Code and handed over a copy of the same to me and took the order. It is now **st Dec **** and as of now I have not got the refund back into my account. I wrote many emails to shoppers stop customer care and grievance redressal team but no one could track the order and process my refund. Instead, they called me and said that they have received a different product in their wharehouse. Shoppers Stop third party vendor came, clicked and uploaded the photos, scanned the BAR code took the order and they are blaming the customer for returning "FAKE PRODUCT". This is highly unethical seriously not acceptable. CLEARLY this shows the DISHONESTY of Shoppers Stop towards its Customers. I am pretty sure they will end winding up if they continue to work like this.
