Ajio app - Refund not processed

I have ordered a women kurta from AJIO. But received a men's T-shirt. I rretuerd the item but showed as no return pickup from the given pin code. So mailed to AJIO team and they replied like proceed with self ship. and extra *** rupees will creadited for your return shipment charges. I sent that item via speed post. The shipment is delivered in ** September ****. But AJIO app shows the item still in return requested. I have checked the return and refund status with team. But no update from their side. I need the refund amount and shipment charges.
