Air India - Refund not processed

Mufaddal Shabbir Jawdawala filed complaint against Air India on Apr 14, 2021

The BOM-UDR flight was cancelled due to Covid-** and after sending several emails still I have not received any refund amount.
I Received the below email from Air India on *nd Feb**** but after * month also I didn't receive the refund and now they totally stopped responding also

Email From Air India:
"Dear Sir,

Greetings from ecommerce!

Sincere apologies for the delay and inconvenience

Regret you did not receive the refund against ticket Hence we escalated the matter to our Finance department.

As per them it will take **-**days to get the refund in the cardholders account due to massive back log .

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
