Travolook - Refund not processed

I booked an air ticket on *th of November from Travolook.com and the travel was planned on **th of December, received an email right after booking confirmation that the ticket has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded in **-** days it has been more than * months now and they have constantly said that bank has cancelled the refund and they have rejected the refund, every * days they have been making such an excuse. Till today, I tried talking to them, when I asked them to write in an written confirmation mentioning that the refund will be made within the time they are saying, they just refused. They were not ready to even write an email assuring the refund to us. It has been the worst experience so far with booking tickets online. I never knew they operate in such a manner until I opened this page and saw the complaints filed here. They are fraud and need to be punished for taking away the hard earned money from so many people that too during this pandemic situation.
