Makemy Trip - Refund not processed

I have booked a flight ticket through makemy Trip PNR/Booking Ref.: MJDUWM on **th Aug ****. Unfortunately flight was cancelled by Indigo Airlines. If booking was made through agency like makemy trip, refund will not be directly to individual account. Refund will be credited to agency and the agency will credit back to account. Indigo Airlines have paid my refund amount to makemy trip on **.**.****. But I have not received any refund from make my trip.
