I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Toronto. The flight was on **.**.****. The flight got cancelled due to the ban imposed by Canadian government on Indian flights. After numerous calls and e-mails to the customer service department, I haven't received any response or refund from Air India.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
