Subject: Return not picked up and refund not processed despite repeated follow-ups
Details:
I placed an order with Crocs India (Order ID: *********) and initiated a return request on **th May ****. Since then, I have contacted Crocs customer support multiple times through email regarding the return pickup.
Despite repeated assurances, no pickup has been scheduled. Crocs has stated that my PIN code is not serviceable for return pickup and asked for an alternate address. I clearly informed them that I do not have any alternate address available.
Instead of offering a refund or any alternative resolution, Crocs continues to repeat the same message, causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience.
It has now been more than ** business days, and they are still unwilling to take responsibility for the return or issue a refund.
I am requesting:
Immediate refund of the full amount
Closure of the return without pickup, since the failure is on the seller's courier network
Compensation for the delay, if applicable
Attached are screenshots of the entire email conversation as proof.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
