Hi all…I am really pissed off with Shopper Stop customer support. I ordered a kid’s jacket on **rd Feb’****
(Order #*********) from there and returned it the very next day. I received confirmation email Shopper stop that the product has been picked up from there side. On *th march **** received confirmation email stating that they have received the product at their warehouse and the refund would be processed after quality check. After that it been a long time I am following up with them but still my refund has not been processed. Every time they just raise a complaint and tell me to wait to ** hours for the resolution but all in vain. Last time they said that wait for ** hours ,some senior person will call you within ** hours but nobody called back. Now when I call up they just disconnect the call every time. I am sick and tired of following up with Shopper stop for my refund which is Rs. ****/- . I have been a regular customer of Shopper stop but this kind of thing is happening for the first time.
Now please suggest what can I do against Shopper stop for not refunding my money. Please help !!
