Travolook - Refund not processed from Travolook

I did booking from travolook for travelling from nagpur to dharamshala and they cancelled the booking and It's more than a month I am chasing with them for the refund and everytime the customer support is giving same statement that refund will be processed in *-** days and it's been more than a month now. Plus they hesitate to provide the email confirmation related to refund updates. It's been really a mental torture all these days but they are not behaving professionally just giving false answers.
