I have booked package from oyo total holidays to south india in Dec **** .
In munnar , Check in not allowed in hotel.
Hotel manager told that we dont have any booking in your name and we have already cancelled our tie up with still oyo is taking booking for us.
When we call to oyo support they told that we will receive reimbursement for the same within ** days but till now we have not received reimbursement.
Again we have call to oyo support and still they are saying that you will receive payment within ** days.
This is totally fraud from oyo total holidays.
So guys be aware before making any bookings from oyo total holidays
