am writing to formally bring to your attention an unresolved issue regarding my order with Swiggy Instamart. Despite multiple follow-ups since August ****, the refund for my undelivered order amounting to ₹**** has not been processed.
The lack of resolution and the repetitive standard responses to my emails have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. It is unacceptable that a company of your stature has failed to address this matter efficiently. Additionally, the absence of a direct customer support phone line exacerbates the difficulty in resolving the issue. where we can speak to them.
