I placed an order on ElectronicsComp website on **/**/**** for Soldron **W/***V High Quality Soldering Iron and made full online payment for Order ID #*******. Due to stock issues, I requested cancellation and refund, but even after nearly *–* months and multiple calls/emails, the refund has still not been processed. Every time I contact support, they say the refund will be processed within * hour and promise a callback, but no action is taken. Now they are also not responding properly and often do not pick up calls. They keep giving reasons like technical problems, website issues, and court-related issues, but my issue remains unresolved. I request immediate refund of my full payment at the earliest.
