ElectronicsComp com - Non Delivery of Product

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue concerning an order I placed amounting to ₹*,***.**. The vendor had initially assured delivery within ** days. However, instead of fulfilling the order, they repeatedly informed me that the product would be shipped soon and requested that I wait a few more days. Despite numerous follow-ups via calls and emails, the order was never delivered. After persistent communication, they agreed to issue a refund on *th May ****. Unfortunately, since then, they have ceased responding to my calls and emails regarding the refund status. It has now been over five months without any communication or refund, which leads me to believe that the vendor does not intend to return my money. Kindly,please look into the matter as they are scamming many customers like me all over India.
