ElectronicsComp com - Not getting refund

I ordered electronic component on **th September **** seeing that the material is available at the electronics.com online store (order number *******). On **th September, I received an email from them mentioning, "We want to inform you that currently, ordered items are not available in our stock due to a quality issue with the vendor however we've checked with the team and confirmed the items will be reaching us within a few days.". Now I am requesting to cancel the order and refund my amount. But they are neither responding over the mail nor picked any phone call to the mentioned phone number. Please help me to get back my refund amount.
