Travolook - Refund not processed for cancelled Flight ticket
ANIKET KORE filed complaint against Travolook on Nov 10, 2021
I booked * tickets for my travel from Mumbai to Cochin on **th Oct **** on Travolook reference no: REF********* and REF*********.
However, as soon as I completed the payment process, I received an email from Travolook stating that my booking has been cancelled due to Fare expiration. Upon contacting the customer support I was assured that the amount would be refunded to me within *-** working days. However, now even after * month of the incident, I have not received my refund. The customer support hardly answers the call and when they do they just give fake assurances and extended dates for processing the refund.
