Shifa Saima filed complaint against Croma A Tata Product on Nov 1, 2025
I had raised a request to return a Dyson Airwrap purchased from Croma Online on **th September. Despite multiple follow-ups, I faced continuous issues in initiating the return. Finally, one of your customer support agents asked me to submit the product directly at the Croma store, assuring that the refund would be processed immediately after submission.
I submitted the product on **th September, and today is *st November — over a month has passed, yet no refund has been received.
Throughout this period, I have called customer care multiple times, raised several tickets, and every single time I’m told to “wait for ** hours” for a callback — which never happens. Even after multiple escalations, there has been no update, no accountability, and no resolution.
This level of negligence and delay from a reputed brand like Croma (Tata Group) is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. It clearly shows lack of coordination, false promises, and poor post-sale service.
I have been without the product or the refund for more than a month, and no one from the company has taken responsibility to resolve the matter. This experience has caused me mental stress, frustration, and a complete loss of trust in Croma’s customer service.
I am raising this issue on the Consumer Forum Portal to demand:
Immediate refund of the full amount paid.
Written clarification on why the delay occurred and why there was no proactive communication.
Compensation for the unnecessary inconvenience and time wasted due to Croma’s negligence.
If not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through consumer court and social media channels to bring this malpractice to light.
