I Sikander Kumar had cancelled my Air India flight ticket on ** Nov **** due to Reschedule of my flight. The date of travel was ** Nov ****. My Airlines PNR was JJRK* and E-Ticket no. was *************. However I contacted to air India customer care through lots of calls and a large number of mails. Air India promises me that your refund will be processed with in **-** days.However today is ** days completed but still I can't received any confirmation regarding my refund and air India still told me it will take more time. Air India make this promise a lots of time and make fake promises and still I can't received any confirmation mail from Airlines regarding my refund. I am suffering from my financial losses due to Airlines and victimized from fake promises of Air India Airlines.
