I have booked flight ticket (Bhopal to Mumbai , **th September) from travolook and paid via Amazon pay .Payment got deducted but booking didn't got confirmed. I Contacted Travolook and they said my booking is Cancelled and they will refund my money in * to ** working days.I am continuously following up on my refund status by calling there customer support or via email but not getting correct response from Travolook . Whenever I call them or email THEM, they say EVERYTIIME THAT it will take * to * working days for my refund.
Its been almost * month now and my refund is not yet credited to my account. Please help me in this case .
