Ixigo - Refund not processed by ixigo

I booked tickets through ixigo (Spicejet airline) for myself and * family members (to: Mumbai- Mangalore- ** May **, fro: Comibatore- Mumbai ** May **). Spicejet changed flight timing for ** May flight and offered full refund to ixigo. I have not received Rs. ****/- till now, no answer from them Similarly for return journey they have not paid me Rs. ****/-.
