Irctc Indian Railways - Refund not processed against TDR file

I have booked AC *st class rail ticket on *nd june **** via Make my Trip app the details of which are as follows:-
Your train booking NR**************** is successful from KOLKATA (KOAA) to Ajmer Jn (AII).
*Booking Details*
Train: KOAA UDZ SPL(*****)
Class: *AC
PNR: **********
Date of Journey: ** Jun ****
Departs at: *:** PM
However I had to cancel the captioned booking on account of some health issue.
I filed TDR for refund of my booking amount on the very same day but haven't received any credit till date.
