Dear Voxya Team,
I am Rajkumar Dwibedi from bhanjanager, Odisha. I ordered HYCO HTP NO ** Agriculture Power Sprayer Pump from Amazon India order number***-*******-******* dated **.**.**** . But I received a wrong/defective product instead.Amazon approved the return on **.**.****
. The pickup happened successfully on **.**.****—I have the confirmation photo/video and label. Delivery person took the item, but no refund has been processed even after more than **days. I paid via Amazon voucher .I contacted Amazon customer care multiple times, but they claim 'wrong product returned' and refuse refund. This has caused me financial loss and stress as a student relying on limited budget.I demand:Full refund of ₹****to my original payment method immediately.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
