I have purchased few items from zivame worth Rs **** which was ill fitted so I returned them, return order picked up just day after i recieved it. and they said they have initiated the refund process but till now my refund has not been done, it's been * days now. And they are not responding to emails or whatsoever. I want my money back..they are fooling their customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
