Airline refunded money to cleartrip on **st Dec**. Telephone executive of cleartrip confirmed this to me. Cleartrip sitting on my refund since then. It has been ** days since I am contacting them via call and email and they are not refunding my money. If airlines sent them the money back, what are they waiting for? They should immediately send it back to my account after all it is my money and not ClearTrip’s.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
