Meena Srivastava filed complaint against Oda classes on May 1, 2024
This is to inform you that I had enrolled for master program for class * and made a payment of ***** on **st April. During the call, the representative from your side named Smrita Pandey informed few things which does not exist in reality and hence I request for the cancellation and refund of the full amount I paid for the course.
Below are some of the false commitments made:
*. I was committed ***** oda coins but I received only ****
*. I was informed that I will received orientation call where I can give prefered time for the class but I did not receive any call and the class starts at *:** and my child is unable to attend any class due to my unavailability at that time
*. After placing the cancellation request on **nd evening, I was committed that it will be done within *-* days but I am still waiting for the refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
