Agoda Booking - Refund not processed

I have booked a flight from Hyderabad to pune from Agoda with alliance air flight and it was on *th April and I cancelled the flight as it was delayed and they have initiated me the full refund from the airlines but as my travel agent is Agoda they are not processing my refund and it’s been one month and they customer service is not resolving this issue and continuously asking me to wait wait and wait from one month please help me get my refund the airlines have issued the refund immediately and my other friends who were travelling along with me have received refund way long back with their travel agents but Agoda is troubling me a lot
