Hi,
I had made an order on MediBuddy on ** Jan **** for an amount of ***.*. I had made the payment through lazypay. Also, on the same day I made a payment of ***.* to lazypay through netbanking. But later that day I cancelled the order with MediBuddy and a refund was issued to lazypay. Now my lazypay account is showing negative balance and lazypay is not refunding that amount back to my payment method. I have tried raising tickets on their website but there is no communication from their side till date. Please help.
